Once you’ve instructed us to market your property, we’ll waste no time preparing good quality photographs and detailed, accurate descriptions. At all times we carry a database of prospective tenants (many of whom have signed up for property notifications through this website) and we get in touch if we feel your property will be suitable.

 This is a truly exceptional small business. The sheer quality of service is outstanding. From the minute you walk into their fabulous office in Northwich, to every interaction you have with any of their members of staff, you simply feel confident that Temples is the right choice when you need a letting agent. Everything about Temples and their staff appears confident and self-assured, calm, efficient and friendly. After a while you work out it's because they are truly professional and highly skilled. They know their stuff and they are always willing to help - indeed, they are so pro-active, that they tend to be able to help you out before you have even asked....! If you do ask for help, they do everything they can to quickly assist. I have rated two of their staff here, but I have dealt with other members of the team at Northwich, and they all deserve five stars.

The monthly fees are simply "very competitive" compared to other local companies that "try" to offer a lettings service. However, the fees suddenly become "exceptionally good value" when you consider the exceptional overall level of service provided, both to tenants and landlords
