 I am writing to thank Temples Chester branch and specifically Kevin Swire, for the support and assistance he has proved over the years.

I first met Kevin over 12 years ago when I relocated to Chester and was searching for rental accommodation. Kevin was very diligent and spent time showing me all relevant properties that were available to rent. I’m happy to say that thanks to Kevin’s negotiation skills between myself and the landlord I was able to secure a property quickly in anticipation for my then forth coming move.

I subsequently purchased a property in Chester, however, kept in contact with Kevin and Temples. In 2010 I relocated back to the South and decided to rent my Chester property as the housing market was not particularly buoyant at the time. My first port of call was Kevin.

Over the last 7 years Kevin has provided me an extremely professional service and has always gone above and beyond when circumstances have required. Like most landlords, happily the majority of tenants have been very good, however as always you get one or two who can prove to be difficult. Kevin always acted in a professional manner intermediating between myself and the tenant to ensure swift resolution of any issues for both parties. He always did it with a cheer in his voice, even when things were not quiet perfect.

I write today as I have decided to sell the Chester property and therefore will not be using the services of Temples moving forward. I wanted you to know that based on my experience and dealings with Kevin, I would always highly recommend Temples to any person I know that is looking to rent property in the North West region.

 Working with Simon it was a great experience from day 1 when I viewed the property.
This was the first time that renting and moving was an easy and all I had to think was to bring my luggage and settle in and just feel home.
Simon is very professional and always taking the extra mile to help the tenants. I lived in another country for some months and Simon always helped me during this time, keeping me informed on the property and ensuring everything was fine.
