We're here to help.!
Finding the right home in the right location can be a time-consuming and frustrating experience. If you know where you want to live and when you want to move, we can help match you with the right property. Our skilled and knowledgeable advisors will short-list properties which they feel will meet your needs, and will guide you through the process of becoming a tenant (especially if this is the first time you’ve rented) so you know what to expect and there are no surprises.

Protecting your interests
We make you aware of your obligations to maintain the property which means that when it comes to getting your deposit back, there’s no problem. Where the property is managed by Temples, we’ll conduct intermittent inspections to identify any property defects and help ensure your landlord fulfils maintenance requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Relocation Support
If you’re relocating and don’t know the area very well, our relocation service will be just the ticket. We’ve operated across Cheshire, North Wales and Shropshire for many years, our knowledge of the area is superb, so you can trust us to find a home in the right location near the amenities – schools, transport infrastructure – which are important to you.

We work with relocation agents, companies and individuals, helping the relocation process run more smoothly and if required we’ll take you to view the properties and the local area, helping you make the right choice.
Pet-friendly properties
Sometimes finding rented accommodation that allows pets can be difficult. We support ‘Lets with Pets’, a scheme launched in 2009 by ‘Dogs Trust’ to help make the house hunting process as easy as possible for pet owners. We work with many landlords who are happy to accommodate your pet and advertise clearly which properties do and don’t consider pets.
Ensure you’re insured
Accidents and incidents happen to even the most careful tenants. While you can’t avoid all risks, you can minimise their impact and enjoy peace of mind with adequate insurance.

While it’s the landlord’s responsibility to take out building insurance, this doesn’t take care of your contents and possessions in the case of fire, flood or theft. A good tenant insurance policy will also cover accidental damage caused by you or your visitors to the landlord’s fixtures and fittings, so that the cost of repair or replacement of items doesn’t need to be taken out of your deposit.
